Character, calling, and competency. What you bring before you apply. 1 Timothy 3 foundations and proven leadership in the local church.

Initial training event
One day with senior INC leaders. Trait analysis. A coach assigned to walk with you. A plan for your personal growth.

The assessing event
Two days with your spouse. A thorough assessment on 13 proven church planter competencies. A coaching plan tailored to where you are.
Quality assessment tools
Stage 04
Advanced training event
Two days going deeper. Launch strategy, governance, financial resourcing — and the formal permission to launch an INC church.
